We have 120 days Returns & Refund Policy

We are aware that returns can be the bane of our customers lives, so we have simplified the process, once the following steps are followed, the returns process will be painless!

Returns Process:

  • Include the order number
  • All details to be completed on this form **
  • Aftersales department will contact the Customer once form is processed 
  • The product and all documentation should be correctly packaged for transportation***
  • When collection is arranged for the end user please allow 1 week for collection, once the tracking number has been provided
  • The product will be collected and returned to the warehouse
  • The product will then go through strict testing procedure

Once the testing has been completed a refund will be issued.

Faulty Goods:
All of our goods are backed up by a 1 year warranty for manufacturers fault. If there is a manufacturers fault detected a replacement part will be sent if this accepted by the customer or else a replacement unit. If the fault is from damage or wear and tear  it will not be covered by warranty. 

Refund Policy:

In the case of a refund the refund will go back onto the original payment card via our payment provider.
